Preliminary Program

Mailed in mid-July to over 10,000 ATA members. The Preliminary Program provides an overview of the Annual Conference including the tentative schedule of sessions, the event description, and the registration form. The deadline for reserving ad space is June 1, 2019. The deadline for receiving the physical ad is June 7, 2019.

Final Program

Distributed onsite to more than 1,400 attendees at the Annual Conference. The Final Program, which is referenced repeatedly during the four-day event, is the attendees’ guide to the schedule of sessions, meetings, and receptions. The deadline for reserving ad space is August 16, 2019. The deadline for receiving the physical ad is August 30, 2019.
