EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST

In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your exhibit a success. Just follow these steps, and you’ll be all set!

Step #1

Prepare Your Listing for Final Program: Deadline September 1

Each exhibitor receives a listing in the Preliminary and Final Programs, as well as the Conference Website and Conference App. Review your company name, website, and profile by Clicking Here. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Lauren Mendell at lauren@atanet.org.

Step #2

Assign Your Complimentary Registrations: Deadline October 6

Each exhibitor receives one complimentary full-conference registration per booth. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign these complimentary registrations.

Step #3

Exhibitor Services: Place Your Order by October 11!

For shipping information, furniture rental, ordering audiovisual equipment, electricity, additional internet options, and more, please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual provided by Brede Exposition Services. Brede has provided all of the necessary information and order forms you need to make your company’s presentation in the exhibit hall easy and successful.

IMPORTANT: Exhibitors may NOT ship any booth materials to ATA headquarters or c/o ATA on shipments. All exhibitor materials, necessary to be shipped in advance, must be sent to Brede by October 18, or directly to the hotel beginning October 25. Any items shipped to the hotel prior to October 25 may be refused or charged an additional holding fee. There are complimentary shipping labels in your exhibitor manual. Please be sure that all shipments are c/o Brede (and not ATA).
